Animated Infographic

Week 4 (7/3/2024)

I've begun planning for my animated infographic video. As a first step, I sketched out the storyboard in multiple frames to develop a rough idea of how I'll animate the video.

Thus, I have imported all the psd files of the assets into After Effects. Here are the progressions of animation:

REFILECTION

"At the outset of this project, I encountered significant difficulties. Upon importing the AI project file into After Effects (AE), regardless of the number of layers, only one image appeared, and the individual elements within it couldn't be manipulated collectively. Consequently, I had to move each element individually, significantly increasing the workload.

To address this challenge, I extensively relied on video tutorials to familiarize myself with AE software. Given the complexity of the poster and the multitude of information it contained, I had to meticulously divide and adjust each fragment step by step. This project provided me with valuable insights into creating subtle movements and refining details while animating ingredients using AE."
